Hon’ble Supreme Court has stayed the counting process in Birender Sangwan vs. High Power Committee

Important Update regarding BCD Elections ⚖️

In Birender Sangwan vs. High Power Committee, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has stayed the counting process of the Bar Council of Delhi Elections.

The Hon’ble Court has further directed constitution of a Special Bench by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court for day-to-day hearing of the matter.

Our petition titled Anushkaa Arora v. BCD & Ors., along with the collective representation and concerns raised by 118 candidates regarding discrepancies in the electoral process, is also likely to be listed this week.

We remain hopeful that truth, transparency, and fairness will prevail, and that appropriate directions, including re-polling, shall be considered in light of the issues brought on record.
