Taking forward the theme of the World Intellectual Property Day 2022 being IP and Youth innovating for a better future, ABA Law Office is glad to announce its first of a kind trade mark clinic called ‘Tmkaanuush’, providing access to trade mark registrations and assistance by paying only the government fees for the said registrations.

We at ABA Law Office, are inaugurating the trade mark clinic by carrying forward the 2022 theme of World IP day and inspired by the idea as rendered by HMJ Pratibha M Singh, during the first ‘IP eloquence’ held at the Delhi High Court on the World IP Day, where she encouraged Law Firms to establish certain clinics to carry forward the idea behind the said 2022 theme and to foster IP growth in India.

Trying to give youth the best representation for trade mark registrations, ABA Law Office establishes the first IP clinic to be set in India, as one of its kind.

Eligibility

Who is a young entrepreneur?
1. An individual, sole proprietor aged less than 28 years
2. All young women less than 28 entitled to avail facilities of this clinic

Facility

1. Only government registration fees to be charged to young entrepreneurs.
2. Administrative expenses such as printing, attest, clerical, travel etc shall be born by client.
