Today, representing ABA Law Office, our Founder and Principal Advocate, Ms. Anushkaa Arora, had the honour of participating in an expert meeting hosted by the Chairperson of the National Commission for Women (NCW) at her residence in New Moti Bagh, New Delhi.

The meeting was convened to invite expert suggestions for the upcoming NCW review. Ms. Arora proposed two critical topics for consideration:
• The impact of media trials on women and the resulting challenges they face.
• The lack of robust forensic investigation, leading to wrongful convictions and acquittals in assault cases involving women.
