'After Taking Money, Client Isn't Told If Case Filed Or Not' : Supreme Court Pulls Up Senior Advocate, Laments 'Sorry State'

ABA Law Office is very pleased to share that Ms Anushkaa Arora, Founder & Principal, ABA Law Office was appointed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India by an appointment on behalf of DHCLSC wherein Ms Arora was administered with the task to prepare a report and file an affidavit for an inmate /convict who allegedly had got filed 2 similar petitions seeking same reliefs without disclosing the same to respective courts. When the Hon’ble SC when got aware about the same, directed the Convict to show cause why contempt proceedings shall not be initiated against her, on which Ms Arora got the opportunity from DHCLSC to prepare a report and file an affidavit qua her version.

We are glad to see that the inmate being an illiterate lady, was excused for any unintentional mistake.
