Recent case argued by Ms Anushkaa Arora, Senior Panel Counsel, Union Of India on behalf of UOI finds mention in the leading newspaper The Economic Times & Others

In the said case, Ms. Arora emphatically argued in favor of the UOI and countered the judgments cited by the Petitioner. The Hon’ble Court, while dismissing the said writ petition (civil), observed in detail and, by placing reliance on various other landmark judgments, that the Petitioner could not merely choose a forum to file a civil writ if the head office and other such mere factors arose/was in Delhi jurisdiction.
