The Hon’ble Bombay High Court recently disposed of a case on the basis of amicable consent terms arrived at in the settlement. Defendant No. 2 was represented by Ms Anushkaa Arora

The dispute was between BISFER-XT (Defendant trade mark un registered) and BIZFER-XT (one of plaintiff's registered mark). A detailed written statement was filed by Defendant No. 2 defending its case on various grounds through ABA Law Office, through its Advocates namely Ms Anushkaa Arora and Mr. Mudit Tayal. However, the matter was settled qua consent terms, reasonable with both parties.
