Colonel Neeraj Arora (Veteran), a distinguished officer of the Indian Army and the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, brings nearly four decades of multifaceted experience in operations, training, administration, and national security to the firm.
He has not only commanded troops in Counter-Terrorism and Internal Security operations across Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, Punjab, and High Altitude Areas, but his illustrious military career also includes a tenure with the Special Forces (Mavericks), a staff appointment at the Army Headquarters and an instructional tenure at the Indian Military Academy. Colonel Neeraj Arora has held several key positions including deputation to the Ministry of Defence as Officer-in-Charge of a large training establishment catering to Defence PSUs and others, Administrative Commandant of a major Military Station in the North-East, Group Commander in the National Cadet Corps, and Staff Officer for Army Welfare Education Society, managing activities at the Area HQ level.
Following his superannuation from the Indian Army, he was selected to serve with the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, where he contributed to national security at the strategic level.
Colonel Neeraj Arora holds two Postgraduate degrees , M Sc Tech(Weapon Systems) and Masters in Business Administration (Finance) besides Senior Level Diploma in Defence Management. At ABA Law Office, he serves as Practice Head – Service Matters & Defence Administration, providing expert opinions on service law matters pertaining to superannuation, disciplinary proceedings, pension and gratuity entitlements, court-martial procedures, and CCS (CCA) Rules. He offers strategic guidance in cases before the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), and High Courts, ensuring that each matter benefits from his in-depth understanding of military administration, service regulations, and procedural governance.
