Anushkaa Arora is the Principal and Founder of the Firm and also heads the Firm’s Criminal,
Commercial and Civil practice.
Anushkaa Arora is the Senior Counsel for Private Retainers. Apart from this, she is Senior Panel Counsel on behalf of the Central Government of India, Senior Counsel for the Norther Railways (nominated), Delhi High Court, for Central Government Litigation. Nominated Counsel for NCVET, Ministry of Skill and Entrepreneurship.
She is on private retainer for ADTOI (Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India) and on jail visiting panel advocate, based on the recommendations of the interview board constituted for selecting Advocates for empanelment to Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee to name a few.
She is the Senior Counsel for Private Client namely Green India Care as well.
Anushkaa Arora, has provided a strong foundation the Firm to thrive and grow and aid in
dispensing justice be it to the marginalized sector of the society. With a firm believer of giving
back to the society, Anushkaa Arora has alongside handling leading Client Company /Entities /Top

and the Team. Anushkaa Arora’s more than half of a decade of experience in practice and a
more than a decade of experience in pro bono legal, spans across a spectrum, including expertise in litigation,
Criminal Laws, Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property Right Laws, Patent Laws, Information
Technology Laws, Compliance, Food & Safety Laws, International Laws, Transactional Civil Laws
and Matrimonial Laws, aiding in the core development of the multi-specialty focused Law Firm.
She is a first generation lawyer who was called upon by the National University of Singapore to
pursue her masters after completing graduation as a topper of graduating class from Guru
Gobind Singh IP University, USLLS (Main Campus).
She not only had the privilege of working at some of the finest Law Offices of the country where
she was offered pre placement but also at three different Law Offices in Singapore.
Anushkaa is a recipient of Ram Jethmalani excellence award for overall outstanding performance
which she received from the hands of late Sh. Ram Jethmalani himself. She had also received the
Director general of Artillery Scholarship, twice. Mooting and debating has been her passion since
budding years of her education. She excelled in various international/national moots and was
even adjudged the third best advocate award in the leading and word renowned Moot
competition, The Philip C. Jessup Moot Court, National rounds. The management later called
upon her to judge the National and later the White & Case International rounds held at
Washington DC since 2017 and onward. Since, the Anushkaa Arora, has acted as a coach, a guide,
mentor to law students either by way of judging oral rounds, or the memorials nationally and
internationally, alongside, coaching some of the top universities of India for the White & Case
International rounds. Anushkaa Arora, by doing so this demonstrates her multi facet personality,
of not only being available to her clients on priority, rather, aiding in the upliftment of law students
thus giving back to the society.
Anushkaa Arora has assumed numerous leadership roles right from her under grad days where
she remained active as the President of Hostel Council , university/hostel unions, elected class
representative. She has been the Vice Chair for the Young Lawyers Division and has represented
various boards as advisories as mentioned below.
Contributing towards betterment of the society and reaching out to the under privileged has
been a guiding principle of her professional and personal life. Anushkaa Arora took up research
on transgender in India for which she was invited to present paper at Ghent University, Belgium.
Anushkaa Arora extends a helping hand to the needy by pro bono activities. She has been
working for the welfare of young lawyers, law students and extends her guidance/assistance
besides giving them the opportunities through training etc.
Despite managing her work schedule and responsibilities as an Advocate, she still takes pride in
judging various moots internationally & nationally, presenting her views over various webinars,
guiding young lawyers and law students through interviews and coaching prestigious universities
for international leading moot competitions.
Anushkaa Arora has written an extensive directed research under the supervision of Mr. David
Tan, Vice Dean of the National University of Singapore apart from numerous other published
research papers. She wrote a research paper over issues of transgenders which have been
published and recognized Internationally & Nationally Her views upon challenges faced by
transgenders and possible mitigation steps were considered by the Ministry of Social Justice and
Empowerment. Anushkaa Arora was also called upon by University of Ghent to present her views
over the issues faced by transgenders in India and the same were highly appreciated.
