  19. ABA Law Office should be the first point of contact to resolve or attempt to resolve any dispute. In case of failure to settle the disputes amicably within 30 days, the same shall be finally settled under the Arbitration and ConciliationAct 1996 of India by appointing two Arbitrators, one by each party and a Presiding Arbitrator to be appointed by the said Arbitrators. The seat of Arbitration shall be Delhi and within the Jurisdiction of the Court of Law at New Delhi, India. The arbitrator nominated by GIC shall be an independent advocate, having minimum of 4 years of experience as practicing advocate. The Arbitration shall be conducted in English language. The award given by the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties including costs of proceedings. Or in any other manner being sole discretion of ABA Law Office., which suits the subject matter, as per dispute.
  20. The said Terms of Use has been prepared as on 14.02.2021 as per existing laws/regulations/ other governing regulations as applicable on the said date. We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
